Dear Presidents;

A last reminder for our next DCM to be held May 28 – 30 – 2010 in  Curacao.

I look forward to see most of you all there, and that we can make our last DCM a joyous one.

Attached are the following;

1)       Agenda in English 

2)       Minutes of the last DCM in AUA in English 

3)       The new regional Structure and the

4)       10 Amendments to be voted on in  St John

One recommendation on club reporting is that each club will only have to report on a new planned or upcoming

Fund raising event, this is to stimulate us that we look for new ideas on how to increase our funds for donations.

Should there be anything else that one of you wishes to ad to the agenda please let me know.

I would also suggest for you to print copies of any of the above for the meeting as I would only be

handing out the agenda and the minutes.
